  • Scheduling and intake information submitted through Conspire Studio, LLC’s booking platform, Acuity Scheduling, when you book a session (name, email, phone, and responses to intake questions).

  • Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by Acuity's integrated payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule sessions.

  • To prepare for and provide coaching services.

  • To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and related communications.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Confidentiality of Coaching Content

Information shared during coaching sessions and on intake forms is treated as confidential, consistent with the confidentiality terms of our Coaching Services Agreement. Given the personal nature of this coaching practice, we take particular care with how this information is stored and who can access it.

  • Acuity Scheduling — appointment booking, intake forms, and payment processing.

  • Squarespace — website forms.

  • Google Workspace — email communication, contracts, shared files.

We retain client information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and comply with legal and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
